C. Ellet’s is the newest restaurant from Chef Linton Hopkins and his Resurgens Hospitality Group. It’s a gorgeous steakhouse located at the Battery right next to SunTrust Park where the Atlanta Braves play. Now that they’ve been open for about six months, they’re introducing brunch.
It’s really been a pleasure working with C. Ellet’s and the talented team there. Chef Hopkins recruited some insanely accomplished folks from New York to run this restaurant and contribute to the group overall. Executive Chef Damon Wise puts out amazing food, and Executive Pastry Chef Jen Yee is absurdly gifted when it comes to dessert, bread and pastry. She’s also a legitimate Instagram star with more than 11,000 followers. I always appreciate it when she posts my photos to her feed.
Needless to say, the C. Ellet’s brunch is ridiculous, and I have photos to prove it. Here are some of my favorites.
